Choose a format for the job
| Setting | What it means |
|---|---|
| Popup · Free | An overlay centered over the page. Useful when the offer needs a short focused decision. |
| Inline form · Free | Part of the page content. Place it with a block or shortcode; automatic insertion and content locking require Pro. |
| Floating bar · Pro | A strip at the top or bottom. Check that it does not crowd navigation or another fixed banner. |
| Slide-in · Pro | A panel in a corner. Check its overlap with chat buttons and other fixed controls. |
| Fullscreen · Pro | A full-screen presentation. Keep the message focused and make dismissal easy. |
Start with the smallest format that gives visitors enough room to understand the offer. Use the mobile preview before deciding that a desktop layout works everywhere.
Separate shared style from element style
| Setting | What it means |
|---|---|
| Edit → Look | Shared design choices across screens: colors, typography, spacing, picture and effects. Existing element-specific overrides can remain. |
| Format and position | The current format and its available position controls. Inline placement is managed in Display rules. |
| An element → Content | What a headline, field or button says or does. |
| An element → Style | The selected element’s appearance. Check overrides if a shared design change seems to have no effect. |
| Desktop / Mobile | Inspect how the layout fits each preview. A preview size does not add a visitor-targeting rule. |
Change the design or format
- Open Edit → Look.
- Under Design, choose Browse designs and formats.
- Use the Format filter and preview a suitable design.
- Choose Keep my words and images or Use the design’s sample content. Review offers, links and every screen either way.
- Apply the offered design or format change, then recheck Display rules and Destinations.
- Save the draft, review publication and test the actual page on desktop and mobile.
