Choose what matters.
Connect it to Brevo.

Use your Brevo API key to connect the account. Select one existing list, decide how returning contacts are handled and map the answers that matter.

  1. Connect Brevo

Add your Brevo account in WConvert Settings → Connections & destinations using its API key.

  2. Choose the destination

Select one Brevo list. Keep existing details by default, or choose to update mapped fields for returning contacts.

  3. Select it in your campaign

Connect your signup, map supported text attributes and check the campaign purpose and consent wording. Test the complete flow before publishing.

Destinations are reusable. Changing a shared destination affects the campaigns using it.

Prepare the follow-up separately

The integration adds the contact to the configured list. It does not run a double-opt-in flow or send a welcome email by itself; configure the appropriate confirmation and messaging in Brevo.

Brevo’s contacts guide
Is Brevo included in Free?

This connection requires WConvert Pro and a Brevo account. Brevo subscriptions and sending charges are separate.

Can I send phone-only contacts or SMS subscriptions?

This adapter requires a valid email address and connects to Brevo email contacts. It is not a Brevo SMS-consent or phone-only subscription workflow.

What happens to existing contacts?

Marketing signups are added to the selected list. Existing details stay unchanged by default; the update option allows mapped attributes to change. Existing email and SMS blocklist flags are not cleared.

Does the connection handle double opt-in?

No. It adds contacts through Brevo’s contacts API rather than starting Brevo’s double-opt-in endpoint. Review and configure the appropriate confirmation and messaging workflow in Brevo before publishing.

Which attributes can I map?

Email is required and name is sent to FIRSTNAME. Supported normal text attributes already created in Brevo can receive explicit campaign mappings. Other attribute types are not offered by this connection.

Can the same destination serve several campaigns?

Yes. Choose it in each relevant campaign and map the answers for that campaign. Changes to the shared destination affect every campaign using it.
